Got a new tablet, but now my old one is just sitting around. I'd try to sell it if it wasn't faulty and missing a tablet pen XD

Wicca is an orthopraxic (right practice not right belief), oath-bound, fertility-based (not nature) religious witchcult(cult isn't a bad thing) which worships the Lord and Lady of the British Isles (placeholder names, only initiates know the real names and identities,). To be Wiccan you need to be cross-gender initiated into a lineaged coven that can be traced back to Gerald Gardner who created it in the 1950s (traced through initiation not blood or anything, so High Priest was initiated by High Priestess etc etc ...who was initiated by Gerald Gardener or coven). You need to be at least 18 to even think of becoming a Seeker since initiation and other rituals involve sexual contact (5-fold kiss which involves kissing of the breasts and genitals and most rituals are performed skyclad/naked). It's not possible to be a solitary Wiccan as you need a lineaged coven to experience the mysteries and discover the oath-bound information that makes you a priest/ess of the religion. Just like you can't be a Catholic priest (or a doctor or a supreme court judge) without doing certain things first. :) You can't worship their god and goddess (accurately, properly etc) if you don't know their names, identities or how they like to be served.
Wicca is orthopraxic which means you need to do certain things to be Wiccan. This is very different to orthodoxic religions like Christianity where (at its most basic) all you need to do is believe in certain things. You can't be Wiccan without doing certain rituals and experiencing certain mysteries that non-initiates don't know about. What you believe isn't too important in Wicca as long as it follows the core (be part of a valid coven, etc).
Lots of information on it isn't available since the religion is oath-bound. What a lot of people consider Wicca is usually some sort of religious witchcraft/eclectic neo-pagan witchcraft or whatever which is absolutely brilliant without needing a fertility cult label attached to it. :) This is because lots of books have been published (Silver Ravenwolf, Scott Cunningham etc :C) that claim to talk about Wicca but don't really (because Wiccan = moniez apparently).
Wicca is not another term for witchcraft although Wicca is a form of religious withcraft, all Wiccans are witches but not all witches are Wiccans. ^^
Valid Wiccan traditions: Gardenarian, Alexandrian, Mohsian and Central Valley (which is a group of traditions that share a lineage including Silver Crescent, Kingstone, Daoine Coire, Assembly of Wicca, and Majestic)
Reading: 'Triumph of the Moon' by Dr Ronald Hutton and 'The Meaning of Witchcraft' by Gerald Gardner
